I am passionate about conscious and intuitive eating. Over ten years ago, my life changed when I transformed the way I eat. I consciously decided to focus on vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free kitchen, through which I regained my health, energy and confidence, realising how food can empower and balance my well-being.
In addition, I find movement a great ally to our health, which is why I graduated in Kundalini Yoga.
I love cooking for small groups, in retreats or private events, creating special moments through meals. Each dish I prepare is an opportunity to show how the ingredients can be nutritious, tasty and creative, turning the meal into a moment of attention, care and self-love.
